How it runs

Four clear stages, with the scope and feedback process agreed before production.

  1. 01

    Brief

Share the goal, audience, platform, runtime, deadline, references, and any required assets or technical specifications.

  2. 02

    Quote

You receive a written scope, fixed price, payment dates, milestones, deliverables, and usage terms. Production begins after the agreement is signed and the 50% booking payment clears.

  3. 03

    Build

Work is reviewed at agreed milestones, giving you a chance to respond before the project reaches its final stage. Two revision rounds are included in the quoted price.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Final unwatermarked files are released after the remaining balance is paid. Formats and technical specifications are agreed before production. Editable project and source files are not included unless listed in the quote.

Good to know

Clear expectations protect both sides and keep the project moving.

Booking & payment

Project dates are reserved after the signed agreement and 50% booking payment are received. The remaining balance is due before final unwatermarked files are released.

Revisions & scope

Two revision rounds are included in the quoted price. Each round means one consolidated list of feedback from one client contact.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the approved direction using the existing concept, scene, and assets. This can include changes to timing, camera movement, lighting, color, text, materials, or object placement.

A new concept, scene, model, outfit, animation, runtime, format, or deliverable is considered a change in scope rather than a revision. Reversing an approved decision or restarting completed work also counts as a scope change.

Additional revision rounds and changes in scope increase the project total. Any additional cost will be quoted and approved before the extra work begins.

Feedback & delays

Feedback is due by the milestones listed in the project schedule. Client delays move the delivery date, and paused projects resume based on current availability.

Rush delivery

Shortened timelines depend on availability and may include an additional rush fee. Any rush fee will be confirmed in writing before the project is booked.

The fine print

Cancellation

If a project is canceled after production begins, completed work and reserved production time remain payable according to the agreement.

Usage & ownership

Usage rights begin after full payment and are limited to the uses listed in the agreement. Full ownership transfers, exclusivity, work-for-hire arrangements, and editable source files require separate pricing unless explicitly included.

Portfolio use

Unless an NDA or written embargo is agreed before production, completed work may be displayed in my portfolio after it has been publicly released.
